Our Coaches

Sophie Lai

Sophie is a Level 3 BHS APC coach with her level 4 stable management and riding qualification. Sophie is working towards her level 4 coaching and UKCC qualification. Sophie is passionate in bringing the best out of each combination. Sophie competed at National Championship level in Show Jumping and have competed competitively in Dressage and Eventing. Sophie is our Training Academy Jumping Coach!

 

Gary Foggon

Gary has competed up to International 4* in Eventing previously and now focuses in Dressage. He trains regularly with Carl Hester and competes at National BD regularly. Gary has a very keen eye and skilled in improving horse and rider in all levels. He is also our over 18 Training Academy Dressage Coach!

 

Emily Watts

Emily is a qualifies UKCC Level 2 BS coach and a UKCC Level 3 BD coach. Emily has had success at PSG and Inter 1 in Dressage and competes in BS regularly. Emily is really encouraging and positive and wants everyone to succeed! Emily believes that all horses and ponies can be successful in their own way. Emily is our under 18 Training Academy Dressage Coach!

 

Sue Chadwick

Sue is a qualified BHSI coach and UKCC Level 3 Event coach. Sue has competed in BS 1.30m, BD to Advanced Medium and mainly competes in Eventing up to 2* level but produces horses all the way to 5* level. Sue loves to help people achieve their goals with their horse, whatever their age or standard. 

 

 Vicki Lowe

Vicki is an UKCC BE accredited coach and have competed up to international 2* level. Vicky is experienced in producing horses up to BE Intermediate level. Vicki is passionate in helping people achieve their goals, whether is is trotting over a pole or jumping a course of jumps. Vicky is delighted to be joining Cheshire Riding Club and looking forward to meeting and building a rapport with all members.
